Strategies of Korean firms in china's high‐tech market: Striving for a new and sustainable business model

China has become a strategically important market for Korean companies. While cooperating with China is obviously important for their success and survival, a more difficult question lies in finding a new and sustainable business model applicable to China. This paper studies the current challenges and strategies of Korean Small and Medium‐sized Enterprises (SMEs) in the high‐tech market such as the mobile handset and online game industries that are trying to extend their business to China. It focuses on the issue that Korean firms face in order to find a way to survive and integrate with a rising China. By conducting an in‐depth firm level analysis, it examines their successes and failures in terms of what parts of the value chain they specialize in and how they establish a division of labor with China.     

Differential Impact of Web and Mobile Interactivity on E-Retailers' Performance

This study investigates the differential impact of machine and person interactivity on both Web and mobile interfaces on e-retailers' operational and financial performance. Based on data from 463 large e-retailers in the United States and Canada, interesting findings are obtained indicating that Web machine interactivity and mobile person interactivity have significantly positive impacts on e-retailers' operational performance, whereas Web person interactivity and mobile machine interactivity do not. Furthermore, machine interactivity on a Web interface (i.e., Web machine interactivity) has a stronger impact than machine interactivity on mobile interfaces (i.e., mobile machine interactivity), and person interactivity is more influential on mobile interfaces (i.e., mobile person interactivity) than on Web interfaces (i.e., Web person interactivity). E-retailers' operational performance is found to have a significantly positive impact on e-retailers' financial performance. Overall, this study provides in-depth insights into the differential roles of machine and person interactivity on Web and mobile interfaces in affecting e-retailers' performance. Implications for research and practice as well as suggestions for future research are discussed.     

声光双控节能灯电路设计

为解决工厂长明灯现象,设计了一种声光双控节能电路供楼道照明灯用,其功能:夜间有人上下楼时,照明灯自动点亮,灯亮后延时2～3分钟,会自动熄灭;白天照明灯受人走动的控制,灯不会点亮。整个电路由电源电路,放大电路,处理电路(声控电路、光控电路)及延时电路等部分组成。     

基于声卡的便携式数据采集与分析系统设计

文章利用声卡作为数据采集设备,用数据分析和处理功能非常强大的工程实用软件Labview作为软件开发平台,设计了一个低成本、高性能的数据采集与分析系统。实现了数据采集、信号分析(时域分析和频域分析)及信号发生等多种功能。     

Using Signals to Initiate Importer-Exporter Relationships: Evidence from Vietnamese Importers

ABSTRACT

Purpose: Realizing the existence of information asymmetry in export markets and the use of signals to distinguish high-qualified sellers from low-qualified sellers, this study investigates the effects of signal consistency and signal clarity on exporter credibility, and subsequently, importer relationship intention.

Methodology: Using a survey data set collected from a systematic sample of 418 Vietnamese importers, the authors tested a model hypothesizing the impact of signal consistency and signal clarity on exporter credibility, and subsequently, on importer relationship intention.

Findings: The authors found that signal consistency and clarity have a positive impact on exporter credibility. Signal consistency also enhances the level of signal clarity. They also found that exporter credibility underlies importer relationship intension.

Research Implications: Under the condition of information asymmetry, importers face difficulties in identifying and evaluating the best supplier among available suppliers in order to make the most appropriate selection decision. The findings confirm that signal clarity and consistency can help exporters to overcome such problems. Exporters should ensure that all signals sent to importers are clear and consistent over time to encourage importers to build long-term business relationships with them.

Contributions: The findings of this study add to the literature on signaling in exporter–importer relationships and can serve as an initiation for further research in the area in transitioning economies.     

一种新的多功能智能化照明信号综合保护装置设计

本文主要介绍了一种新的智能化多功能的照明综合保护装置,采用了16位PIC单片机,配以高精度的数据处理及先进的保护算法,性能可靠,动作准确,具有过压、欠压、短路,漏电闭锁、漏电动作、及电缆绝缘危险指示等多种保护功能。     

监管控制的有效性与产业内部分工——以“山寨手机”现象为例

自2005年以来，中国深圳等地区出现了大量生产销售山寨手机的企业。尽管政府有关部门采取了多种措施，对违规生产和销售手机的企业实施监管，但在一段时间内山寨手机仍然充斥市场，造成客观上的监管失效。分析联发科手机芯片出现前后手机产业链和手机企业价值链的变化，并分析手机监管制度安排失效的原因，可得知随着技术变革引发的手机产业内部分工深化，被监管企业价值链进一步缩短，违期—州直环节更多地由生产转移到销售活动，造成了企业违规风险降低和监管措施的失效。     

电容保护器跳闸信号保持与复归的方法分析

电容器是电路连接中必不可少的装置,其主要功能是储藏电荷以维持电路的正常运行。电容保护器对电容器在执行操控指令时出现的异常情况进行有效保护,从而避免故障给线路及装置元件造成损坏。电容保护器在检测到异常信号之后可及时发出警告信息,避免电路连接受到各种损坏。鉴于此,文章主要分析了电容保护器跳闸信号的保持与复归方法,从而提出了有效的处理方案。

基于手机媒介的大学生思想政治教育

随着移动数据通信和互联网的有机融合,手机用户的数量激增,手机媒介所特有的便携性、即时性和共享性等特点为大学生思想政治教育工作者在利用手机载体开展思想政治教育活动带来了新的优势,也为高校思想政治教育工作提出了严峻的挑战。因此,高校应充分认识和利用手机媒介的优越性和网络特性,从手机文化建设、制度保障建设和思想教育者自身建设等层面加强和引导大学生的思想并充分发挥其教育功能,更好地为学生服务。
